Volunteer as a Team Captain

Christmas In Action would not be possible without Team Captains. Team Captains are skilled volunteers with construction knowledge. The typical responsibilities of a Team Captain are:
  • Meeting with the homeowner
  • Evaluating repairs needed
  • Submitting materials list to the Christmas In Action office
  • Recruiting team members
  • Designating responsibilities for team members
  • Ensuring the safety of team members on the job site
  • Ensuring home repairs are completed
  • Maintain a list of material returns
